DO YO' CHAIN HANG LOW?

So today was incredibly hot and I made a bad decision of wearing, not only black, but also multiple layers. It was basically a sauna under my clothes.
I love wearing baggy clothes despite the fact that my mum hates it as it 'does't show off my figure' and this top (worn as a dress) is one of my favourites, and it was only $6!
I adore my gold chain, which I got as a gift from a friend and it is so handy. If I feel like my outfit is plain and boring, if it goes, i'll chuck on the necklace and it makes it a little bit more 'exciting'. I probably wear it too much and as its (obviously) not real gold so the gold is starting to fate to a silvery/coppery colour, so I may have to get myself a new one soon!

I am a bit of a bargain hunter, purely because I have so little money to spend. However I have recently become a shoe person and I am always trying to scrape together enough money for another cute pair of shoes I have found.

Today, after a lot of deliberation I decided to tie my hair up. I absolutely hate my ears as they stick out from the side of my head so I always avoid tying it in order to cover them. However, today, I had a sudden burst of confidence so I just went for it! 

I had a lovely day out today with two of my best friends. We went out for afternoon tea and then went and bought some lollies and sat on Takapuna beach and had a good ol' chat. The beach was so packed and when we left at 6.30 it was still so warm and people will still swimming. During the day it is always too hot but as it gets later it gets to a nice comfortable temperature. Now for a day of work tomorrow, not looking forward to that!
